Stock market portals figure prominently on Business TV channels over conventional brokerages

Stock market portals are now fast emerging as opinion leaders leaving behind the convention stock brokerages in occupying premium media space on business TV channels, as per the report compiled by Clipbyte.com for the entire July,2016 month.

Among the top ten spokesperson occupying prime space on business channels include portals like Powermywealth, PropEquity, Moneylicious Capital, A cutting edge, Prakashdiwan who shared the honour with Morgan Stanley, Anand Rathi, Angel Broking, Geojit BNP and Choice Broking.

The conclusions are drawn based on the coverage that captures over 1000 hours or relevant content out of the 2800 hours of recording during the month.

HDFC Securities, India Infoline, LKP Securities, Edelweiss and Ambit made it among the top two companies occupying media space on business channels.  

Heads of technical analytical firms like Sandeep Wagle, CK Narayan held the upper hand in garnering space compared to big brands like Nilesh Shah of Kotak Securities or Rashesh Shah of Edelweiss.

Renowned brokerage arms of other private sector banks like Yes Securities, ICICI Securities, Kotak AMC did not figure even in the top 20 lists.
